Audio Driver: Conexant Audio Driver

Audio Advanced Dolby Error Message Issue In Windows appears after the upgrade from native Windows 8 to 8.1 and/or 10.

The issues that were encountered after Windows 8.1 and/or 10 upgrade:

Windows prompts that the audio driver is not compatible with an error pop-up as Unable to start the Dolby audio driver. Please restart the computer or reinstall the driver if the problem persists.

This can be easily solved by following this:

1. Uninstall the Conexant Audio Driver (from Device Manager).
2. Press Win+X and go to the Device Manager.
   
3. Right click and uninstall the Audio Driver.
   
4. RESTART the system for the complete uninstall.
5. Re-install Conexant Audio Driver from the drivers partition (D:\Drivers\Audio) or download fresh driver from here.
6. Install the Dolby Advance Audio (D:\Drivers\Audio\DolbyGUI) or download fresh driver from here.

Your drivers will work perfectly now. Enjoy the music!
